Heather Carter-Harris was practically raised in the real estate world of Highlands County. As the only daughter of Ronnie Carter, Broker/Owner of Advanced All Service Realty, Inc. in Sebring, she has been actively involved in the company’s day-to-day operations since the age of 18.

After earning her Real Estate License, Heather quickly recognized a growing need among her clients—not just for buying or selling homes, but for quality rental options and reliable property management services. Driven by her desire to better serve those clients, she expanded her role beyond financial management at Advanced All Service Realty and launched Central Florida Property Management—a full-service property management company. Her venture is a natural extension of the trusted property management services her family's brokerage has developed over the past 30 years.

Heather’s commitment to excellence has earned her multiple accolades, including Property Manager of the Year (2020,2021, 2023 & 2024), HAR Association Achiever 2023, and the prestigious HAR President’s Award 2024.
