Heather Carter-Harris has grown up in the Real Estate business in Highlands County. The only daughter of Ronnie Carter, Broker/Owner of Advanced All Service Realty, Inc. in Sebring, Heather has been actively involved in the daily operation of the company since she was 18 years old. From the time she got her own Real Estate License, Heather found that many of her clients needed help in finding a quality rental to meet their needs. She also found that many owners of rental properties need management services for their rentals. With that desire to help her clients, she branched out from her duties as financial manager of Advanced All Services, Inc., and opened Central Florida Property Management, A full service property management company.  Her services are an extension of the property management services Advanced All Services Realty, Inc. has built over the past 30 years.

 

Heather makes her home in Sebring with her husband Mark and her daughter Ava, so "Home" has a very precious meaning to her. It is Heather's desire to make sure that each of her clients find the home that will fit their specific rental needs, and that each owner has the assurance that their property is in the hands of a caring, and experienced property manager.
